HELLO!

I'm Shirley...

Have you ever felt like you don't quite fit in and you're not sure where you belong in life? I totally understand how you feel.

Growing up, I had my fair share of health struggles and school was a challenge for me too. I often felt like I was misbehaving when really, I just lacked focus.

As a single mom, I found myself bedridden and unable to take care of myself or my child. I tried seeking answers the "traditional" way, but it wasn't working for me. Eventually, a family friend gave me the phone number of an herbalist and the experience changed my life. Finally, someone understood me and was able to offer the help I needed.

Over the years, I've faced more health challenges and I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Balancing my own self-care with advocating for my two children with food sensitivities and learning differences wasn't easy. But I never gave up. I focused on emotional and spiritual healing, and found more tools to add to my "wellness toolbox."

I'm here to tell you that everyone's journey to complete health is unique. We all have our own strengths and challenges, and that's okay! I help women become free, self-sufficient, confident, and active in their lives by healing through personalized journeys of hope and transformation. Using natural essences oils, flower essences, and unique herbal blends, I guide you through visualization, relaxation, breathing techniques, and storytelling.
